What makes TFA Beauty different?

Each look is customized specifically to the client through intentional skin preparation, personalized color matching, and layering techniques that create seamless, long-lasting wear without looking heavy or overly done. The focus is always on enhancing your features in a way that still feels like you.

TFA Beauty uses a carefully curated kit of luxury, performance-driven products selected for their longevity, finish, and ability to photograph beautifully throughout an entire wedding day.

Can I schedule a "Trial" before I decide to book?

Bridal previews are designed to refine and perfect your wedding day look once your date has been secured, rather than serving as a test to see if we are a good fit. I always encourage brides to explore my portfolio and social media beforehand to ensure my style aligns with their vision and to gather inspiration from my work. Previews are scheduled after your contract and deposit are completed. I’m not able to hold or guarantee availability while a decision is being made. The preview is meant to perfect your bridal glam, try any new ideas you may have, and make thoughtful refinements so everything feels exactly right for your wedding day.

I want to book with you, but I’m still confirming numbers for my bridal party. Can I still secure my wedding date?

No worries at all. You can still secure your wedding date even if your final bridal party numbers are not confirmed yet. To reserve your date, simply sign the contract and pay the deposit.
The deposit is not an added fee. It is applied as your first payment and will be subtracted from your final invoice balance.
After your deposit is made, you will have 30 days to confirm and adjust your bridal party services once everyone has finalized their plans.

*Weekend bookings require a $1,000 service minimum.

When should I schedule my bridal preview?

Bridal previews are typically scheduled 4 to 6 weeks before your wedding day. Previews take place in Nashville West and are available Monday through Thursday between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM, as weekends are blocked out for weddings.

To get the most out of your preview, please arrive with clean, blow dried hair and a clean, makeup free face. If you plan to wear clip in extensions on your wedding day, please bring them with you and make sure they are washed and blow dried before styling, just as they should be for the wedding day. You will receive a full bridal preview guide that contains in depth information on how to prepare!

If you are planning to have a spray tan for your wedding, your preview is also a great time to test it. Your spray tan actually plays a really important role in your overall look and can slightly affect undertones and appearance of your makeup, so doing a trial ahead of time helps ensure everything looks exactly the way you want for your wedding day.

How is the hair and makeup timeline created for the wedding morning?

Your start time is based on your ceremony time and the total number of services being provided. Once your bridal party services are finalized, we will create a detailed beauty timeline so everyone knows exactly when their service will take place.

Bridal party services take 40 to 50 minutes per service, and bridal hair and makeup is scheduled for approximately 2 hours.

We don’t believe in rushing services just to fit more people into the schedule. Getting your hair and makeup done is a luxury part of the wedding day, and we want every person in our chair to receive the time and attention needed for a polished result that truly feels worth your investment.
To create your timeline, we will need a few details from you: the time we are allowed to enter the venue, any venue timing restrictions, and the time that all hair and makeup services need to be completed by. If you are getting ready off site at a nearby hotel, we can also help coordinate the start time from there. Once we have that information, we will send a detailed beauty schedule outlining each service slot for everyone receiving hair and makeup.

*If there is not enough time to complete all the services within a timeline you provide, it may be necessary to add on an extra artist if there is no way for timeline adjustment. EXTRA ARTIST FEE: $400 per artist needed
